International Focus
“Internationalisation is the process of integrating an international, intercultural and /or global dimension into the teaching, research and service functions of the University.”
-- Statement in Internationalisation of Curtin 2007-2010, Curtin University of Technology
Curtin supports this statement in its dedication to Indigenous, International and Intercultural education components and its desire to ensure that students graduate with a sense of global citizenship.
In the School of Public Health these areas are reflected in our Teaching and Learning, our Students, and our Overseas Activities and Research.
More than 200 students from 30 different countries are presently part of the teaching and research programs of the School of Public Health. In addition, our staff is drawn from all continents and bring a significant international perspective to the programs and research in the School of Public Health.
